Refund policy

30-day returns

You can request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. To start, email support@aveleya.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Item condition

For a change-of-mind return, clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with any original tags attached. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

Sending your return

Contact us before sending an item back. We will provide the return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send returns to an address on the original parcel unless we confirm it.

You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return is resolved.

Incorrect or defective items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, email us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful where available. Aveleya covers the return shipping for incorrect or defective items.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
